Shipping & Returns
Shipping (READ ALL):
- All orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of payment, unless there is a complication with your order, in which case you will be immediately notified.
- Orders will not be shipped during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Domestic deliveries typically take 2-7 business days.
- Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
- We ship internationally to all countries currently allowed to ship to by the United States.
- International deliveries typically take 5-10 business days to most countries. However, Customs clearance does not adhere to any time frame, and can prolong delivery.
- It is not uncommon for Customs agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some shipments, especially during high volume seasons like holidays. Neither Barbell Brigade nor the shipping carrier have control over the length of time it takes to clear Customs.
- There is no tracking information available for international deliveries.
- Customs charges may apply depending on country.
- No refunds or returns will be accepted for Customs fees paid or refusal of package by not accepting Customs fees.
- Please allow for longer processing times during/after holidays, sales or special events.
- We do not guarantee arrival of shipments in time for any holidays, birthdays, etc.
No refunds will be granted unless they fall under any of the clauses listed below. Exchanges are only granted within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock availability. If specified exchange no longer available, an alternative or refund will be granted. We do not offer exchanges for limited edition & clearance items.
Be sure to carefully select the right size by carefully following our size charts provided BEFORE you checkout. General rule of thumb is to compare our size charts to the measurements of well fitting clothing you already own and choosing the closest size, up or down, depending on your fitment preference.
International orders will not be refunded for prolonged shipping as a result of Customs processing. It constantly varies and is unavoidable.

(a) Defective Item
In the event an item(s) is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s). We just ask that you pay the initial cost of shipping. Once we have received the item(s), depending on whether you choose to receive a refund or an exchange and you will be reimbursed for your item and any shipping costs. Or we will ship out your item(s) and you will be reimbursed for your item and any shipping costs via PayPal. Please contact us HERE.
(b) Received a Wrong Item
In the event that you received a wrong item(s) we will send you a replacement. We just ask that you pay the initial cost of shipping. Once we have received the item(s) we will ship out the correct item(s) and you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs via PayPal. Please contact us HERE.
(c) Missing item(s)
In the event that you are missing items in your order, once we are notified we will ship out the missing items within 3-5 business days; dependent on current stock. Please contact us HERE.
